VARIETY: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
VINIFICATION: Mechanized night harvest. Destemming and maceration with skins at 10º C for 8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature at 14ºC. for 18-20 days. Filtered and cold stabilized before bottling.
NOTE OF TRYING:
Color: Pale yellow with greenish tones.
Aroma: Intense and complex. With exotic fruit notes (passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple).
Taste: Dry, well balanced and with good acidity. Floral and fresh wine, with silky palate.
WINE PARING: Cod, trout, shellfish and fish in general
SERVE: At 5º – 7º C
