VARIETY: 50% Tempranillo/ 50% Garnacha
HARVEST: Ed of August
VINIFICATION: Mechanized harvest. Cleaning of musts. Stripping and pneumatic pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature at 16ºC. for 1820 days. Filtered and cold stabilized before bottling.
NOTE OF TRYING:
COLOR: Bright pink of great cleanliness.
AROMA: It reminds of wild fruits.
TASTE: Dry, fresh, balanced and with a broad fruity aftertaste.
WINE PAIRING: Fish, sweet sauces, seafood and soft cheeses.
SERVIR: At 5ºC
