ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY

Clients expressly accept full and unreserved adherence to these stipulations, in the version published by BODEGAS ALTOVELA in the moment in which the Client contracts the product and/or contents in which he is interested. Therefore, the Customer undertakes to carefully read the contracting conditions, each time he proceeds to contract a product, since they may have been subject to modification since the last time he accessed.

SHIPPING WAY

1. Delivery area

BODEGAS ALTOVELA will make the delivery through a courier service within a maximum period of 7 days in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands from the acceptance of payment by the corresponding bank. Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will receive the order within a maximum period of fifteen days, all of them counting from the acceptance of payment by the Bank. The package merchandise will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer.

BODEGAS ALTOVELA guarantees the shipment within the periods and areas indicated above of all the products we have in stock for all orders that are received at our offices before 5:00 p.m., once payment is authorized. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be considered received on the first business day after the same.

2. Obligations of the Client

For its part, the Client agrees to:

3. Rights of the Client:

RETURNS
