VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation in self-emptying stainless steel tanks. Controlled temperature and automated pumping. Malolactic fermentation in cement tanks coated with epoxy resin. Touch of wood for 4 months.

VIEW: very clean and bright cherry color.
AROMAS: fine and powerful characteristic of its variety, with sweet and spicy nuances.
TASTE: balanced and soft, robust extract with light tannic touches of great finesse and long aftertaste.
WINE PAIRING: Grilled meats, stew, mature cheeses and game.
