HARVEST: Mid September.

VINIFICATION: Maceration with skins at low temperature for 8 hours to extract aromas; descube and fermentation at 15ºC. Reached the 9º-10º of alcohol, fermentation stops by cold in a natural way, in this way we get that remain sugars without transforming in the wine and that we perceive a natural sweetness in the mouth.. This process is carried out in isobaric stainless steel tanks. which allow to maintain part of the carbonic generated in the fermentation, which gives the wine that natural needle so characteristic.

COLOR: golden yellow, clean and transparent.
AROMA:Intense and fresh, with notes of banana and tropical fruits.
TASTE: Fresh and delicate thanks to its natural needle that gives it complexity and structure. Magnificent acidity that is its spine accompanied by a certain fat structure.

WINE PAIRING: Ideal with salads and cold appetizers.

SERVE: At 5º C
