HARVEST: Mid September

VINIFICATION: Maceration with skins at low temperature for 8 hours to extract aromas; descube and fermentation at 15ºC. Reached the 9º - 10º of alcohol, fermentation stops by cold naturally, in this way we get that remain sugars without transforming in the wine and in the mouth perceive a natural sweetness. This process is carried out in isobaric stainless steel tanks. which allow to maintain part of the carbonic generated in the fermentation, which gives the wine that natural needle so characteristic.

COLOR: Intense and bright pink with great cleanliness.
AROMA: Wild fruits such as strawberries and raspberries predominate
TASTE: Fresh and delicate medium structure. Pleasant step in the mouth thanks to its natural needle that gives it complexity and structure. Superb acidity along with a certain fat structure.

WINE PAIRING: Ideal to accompany salads and cold appetizers.
