Return policy

Once the grape has reached its optimum ripening point, it is harvested at night and mechanically. The must is cleaned by decanting. Fermentation is performed using selected yeasts and controlling the temperature at 14ºC. Protein stabilization (clarification with bentonite) and static cold tartatic.

COLOR: pale and bright yellow.
AROMA:  Intense reminiscent of green apple, banana and pineapple.
TASTE: Tasty, with fresh mouth and long and persistent aftertaste.

WINE PAIRING: Oysters, smoked salads, rice, pasta, seafood and fresh cheeses.
