Mechanized harvest at night. Once the must has been drained and defanged, it is fermented in French oak barrels, at 16ºC, where it will remain with its fine lees for 3 months. During this time it will be periodically removed (batonnage method) It is then filtered and stabilized before being bottled.

COLOR: Golden yellow with lemon tones and very bright.
AROMA: Complex nose. Good intensity. Ideal for white fruits. Toasted and balsamic.
TASTE: Tasty, with a very harmonious and balanced palate. Mineral, with toasted and citrus aftertaste. Well integrated wood.

WINE PAIRING: Oysters, smoked, low-fat meats and fresh cheeses.
