SEMISWEETE RED WINE
HARVEST:
Mid September
VINIFICATION:
Maceration with skins at low temperature for 12 hours to extract aromas. Start of fermentation with skins. Once achieved the desired graduation is descuba and fermentation by cold naturally, in this way we get remain sugars without transforming in the wine and in the mouth perceive a natural sweetness. This process is carried out in isobaric stainless steel tanks. which allow to maintain part of the carbonic generated in the fermentation, which gives the wine that natural needle so characteristic.
NOTE OF TRYING:
COLOR: Deep maroon.
AROMA: Wild fruits such as strawberries and raspberries predominate.
TASTE: Fresh and delicate medium structure. Pleasant step in the mouth, soft tannins, long aftertaste and very aromatic in the retronasal phases.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal to accompany cold appetizers and salads ,for example.
SERVE: At 5º C
